Hamburg Patties:  30¢/lb

Buying from Don’s:
$2.99/lb (dressed wt.; includes kill charge, cut, wrap, freeze, patties, and buying carcass)

HOGS:
Kill Charge: $40/whole
Cut, Wrap, & Freeze: 55¢/lb (dressed wt.);

SAUSAGE:
50¢/lb- Regular Casing
60¢/lb- Small Link Coils
75¢/lb- Linking (Any Size)
$1/lb- Smoked Sausage
SMOKING/CURING:
$8 per Ham
$6 per Bacon
$7 per Loin, Canadian Bacon, Picnic Shoulder and hillbilly bacon

Buying from Don’s
$2.19/lb (dressed wt.; includes kill charge, cut, wrap, freeze, sausage, curing, and buying carcass)

LAMB:
Dressing Charge: $30
Cut, Wrap, & Freeze: $40 minimum up to 75lbs (dressed wt.); 55¢/lb over 75lbs (dressed wt.)

GOATS:
Dressing Charge: $30
Cut, Wrap, & Freeze: $40 minimum up to 75lbs (dressed wt.); 55¢/lb over 75lbs (dressed wt.)

TURKEYS/CHICKENS:
Smoked: $10/ $7 each
Cut, Wrap, & Freeze: 50¢/lb (dress wt.)

TRAIL BOLOGNA & SUMMER SAUSAGE:
$1.50/lb- Trail  Rings, 3″ Logs, or 5″ Logs (10lb minimum)
HOT-CHEESE TRAIL:
$2.50/lb- Trail Rings Only
SNACK STIX:
$3/lb- (10lb minimum)

HOT DOGS:

CHEESE HOT DOGS:

JERKY:
