The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has had its effects on each of us. It is our mission to provide you with quality products and services during these challenging and uncertain times. Due to the pandemic, we have found ourselves battling inventory shortages at times, and we would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of your for your patience and understanding as we continue navigating through this time. Below you will find some additional information regarding how we are helping serve you during this COVD-19 pandemic.


HOURS OF OPERATION

  • Monday through Friday: 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm
    We will be closing from 12pm-1pm during the week to allow a break for all of our hard working staff members.
  • Saturday: 9am-12:30pm
  • Sunday: CLOSED

FAQ

  1. Can I come in to the store to buy products?
    Our retail store is open. We allow three customers to wait in our lobby at one time.
  2. Am I required to wear a mask to enter your store?
    We do not require our customers to wear masks to enter our store – this is a decision we want our customers to make for themselves.
  3. How can I be sure you have the products I want to buy?
    The best policy for purchasing large quantities retail items during this pandemic is to call ahead and place an order. We will call you once your order is ready for pickup. Calling ahead to check our retail inventory is always suggested.
  4. What are my payment options?
    We accept cash, personal check, or credit card. Due to the pandemic, you are not required to sign a receipt if using a credit card. Checks can be written out ahead of time, if you call and ask for your order total. You may also pay for your order with a credit card over the phone before you arrive.
  5. Do you have a curbside pickup option?
    Unfortunately, due to our current staffing situation, we cannot support a curbside pickup option. Calling ahead to place an order is the most efficient method to ensure a quick visit into our store.
  6. Do you have limitations on the amount of products I can purchase?
    Due to the pandemic, we have had to limit the purchasing amounts for some of our products. There is a 5lb maximum for all ground beef, beef patties, all sausage products, and all smoked products (hot dogs, bacon, trail balogna and snack stix).
